Who is the private 1:1 work for?

How much does it cost?

Private sessions start at $800. Multi-session containers and ongoing work are priced on the discovery call, based on what you need.

Do I need a sauna or a cold plunge?

No. The core of the work is breath-led, so you can run it anywhere. Heat and cold are optional accelerants we can layer in if you have access.

Is this medical treatment?

No. This is breathwork and nervous system coaching for performance and wellbeing. It is not medical advice or a substitute for care from a licensed professional.
